                Always someone to help if I have problems either thru their chat service or by calling. Easy to replace items even If it is my fault. No questions asked. I have been buying from quill for probably 10 years now and never have I had a complaint. Delivery time is always excellent as well. I prefer to order online from them as to run to the store. Saves me time and money as well.
