    This product came promptly, but the ink cartridge was defective. Besides not printing blue or yellow, the cartridge did not come filled to capacity. I went to the store, and the cartridge was replaced hassle free.

          I really like how easy it is to replace. Click in click out. If I put the paper in right, the colors dry real fast and don't smudge. But,I wish I knew a way to "tweak" the colors. Sometimes they are a little dull or not quite what I expected. For example,if I choose a light blue highlight, it is more of a sky blue. But, for most things it does not matter. Who is really going to remember what the exact color was.
