I was excited to receive this product because it would allow me to print envelopes without switching out the paper from the main tray.

The installment of this product was very easy, almost too easy. My computer immediately recognized this new tray and I was able to select it from the print dialog box. The anticipation of my first print job from the new tray grew when I heard the print tray start to feed the paper through the printer.

As they say, all good things must come to an end, and did they ever. My excitement over my most recent purchase was quickly dashed when I received a paper jam message. I removed the jam and tried to print again, only to receive the same error message. I decided to re-install the tray, thinking that I must not have done it properly.

After 4 or 5 attempts of un-installing and re-installing and trying to get a print job to go through the machine, I removed this tray, packed it back in its box and returned it.

The problem was the tray would not align properly with the feeder that takes the paper through the rest of the printer.

I was dissappointed in the performance or lack thereof from this product.
