          All directions that were included with the product were followed to affect charging, however, the battery would not charge. Two different chargers were also used, both known to be good, so the problem lies with the battery itself.

So, I threw in 2 pair of earphones (on clearence & a great buy too) and my bill was $97. I am just hope this battery lasts.
