Comments about Lenmar® Cordless Phone Battery; 3.6V, Fits Panasonic KX-9766XB, KX-FPC135, KX-FPC165, KX-FPC95:
I ordered this last week. It has not arrived yet.
I went to the store and used the "free shipping to store for pickup" option. All in all it was not a good experience.
Before going to Staples I printed the description of the item from the website and also the staples discount offer. When I went to the store it was not obvious how to do an online order. I asked the associate at the service desk and he pointed-out the new large computer screen for that purpose (I had expected either the associate to enter the online order or to use the old small computer somewhere in the back of the store.) When I went to use it I entered the item number and it said that was in my cart but gave no clue as to what to do next. I got back in line to talk to the associate about what to do next. He showed how to hit some obscure part of the screen to go to the enxt step. He asked about how I wanted delivery and I said I thought I was at the Staples Rewards level where shipping was free. He said it was easier to just use regular shipping. I chose the ship to store. I was then told I had to fill out all the info and that it could not just be copied from my Rewards card. I had the feeling that there were easier ways to do that but I got no help on that from the associate. I did all of it and then brought the printout to the checkout and was told next to wait for an email telling me I can pickup.
It hasn't happened yet.
