This battery is listed as a replacement for the SNN5762 used in my Motorola V325i. It fits but it is not an exact replacement. The Motorola SNN5762 has an indent on the narrow end of the battery on the end opposite from the battery contacts. The indent allows the battery to snap into the battery compartment of the phone. The Lenmar CLM5766 has an outline for the indent in the right spot on the plastic body, but that is all that it is. I had to force the battery into the battery compartment of my V325i. The CLM5766 would not "snap" in and I had to hold it in place by installing the battery cover.
Two weeks out and no problems. The battery provides good service and holds a charge for several days before requiring recharging.
When I removed the battery from my phone to provide the images below, I see that the "plastic body" is a thin plastic cover and the end without the indent has separated from the plastic covering the flat sides of the battery. You can see the exposed metal edge of the battery where the plastic cover has separated from the force required to insert the battery into the battery compartment.
