We use these in our cordless microphones at church. They hold their charge for up to 6 (one hour) worship services. We are ordering more so that we can always have one charged and ready to go.By now, we would have spent much more than [$] on regular 9-volt battery purchases. And, we are helping the environment by purchasing rechargeables.

I've purchased two of these for use in my church's wireless mic. Taking turns charging and charging of a period of days makes any problems with speed of charge immaterial in that case. Normal use of alkaline 9v would cause me to replace the battery weekly (after 2-3 church services or 4-8 hrs of use) I've used these two batteries over the last 8 months having spent [$] where I would normally have spent $30 or more so far. These batteries are beginning to show their wear, with the charge only lasting the length of one service now so I will be buying new rechargeables soon.

I have three of these. They're relatively cheap and are extremely reliable. I have a bunch of electronics and audio equipment that require 9V batteries, and having the ability to charge them saves me tons of money. I'm not sure how quick the charge time is, but I just leave one on my charger overnight and its done the next day. If you charge it fully its first time, you shouldn't have any problems. After the initial charge, I haven't had to recharge mine at all yet.
