        Usually I have no problems with this replacement, but this cartridge has left me faintly disappointed by it's constant fading in and out of color while printing. I Have never had this problem before,and I hope at this price that a new cartridge will restore not only the true colors, but my user faith in the product.

              I like the extra cartridge life the Lexmark 34 Black Ink cartridge offers. It allows me to go a longer time period between changing ink cartridges. It is an easy ink cartridge to change and is not messy at all. The ink dries quickly - though that may be a by-product of the printer rather than the cartridge itself. I just don't know. I do wish the price was a little more economical. I have a choice of buying a single cartridge or a combo pack which has both the Lexmark 34 Black and the Lexmark 35 Color cartridges. Since most printing is black and white, I would really like to see a multi-pack offered just for the Lexmark 34 Black cartridge. That might help with the pricing issue.
