A tank of ink shouldnt be half the cost of the darn printer! It does last longer than other printers I've owned but seriously.....it's just ink!

In my opinion lexmark printers are the best out there.
They have a great support team no matter how old the printer is. My is 5 years old and 3rd one so far. Bought one for each one of my family members.
Never did I not get 100% satisfaction in resolving any problem,they really go out of their way to help and resolve any problem that you might have with their printers.

The Lexmark Black Ink Cartridge 44 XL for the Lexmark X7675 all in one printer is a great product. It lasts twice as long as the -regular cartridge for that printer. The Lexmark color cartridges are also a very good product. The only place I ever go to get my cartridges and actually all my supplies is Staples. They always have what I need in stock. I never had to back order the ink cartridges! The staff is very helpful and will find exactly what you need even if you don't have the product number with you.

I called a sales person at staples and asked how long the cartridge would last if not opened. She said until I open it. I had a coupon so I bought one. Well 7 mons down the road I opened it and it was dry!! Money down the drain. Dont purchase it unless you need it in the next month. If you dont make lots of copies in a short period of time it also dries up. Get the regular one. I wont buy another Lexmark printer because you also cant refill most of their cartriges. Ink is very expensive. Their tech support is excellent though.

For the price you pay for three cartridges you could buy a new printer with new cartridges included. Something needs to be done about the rip off we are subjected to on the price of ink. It is no wonder we resort to after market refilled cartridges and put up with the leaking ink, failed cartridges, blotches and smears.
The 44XL is a great product, but much too expensive for what you get. Makes me believe the actual printer is just a by-product to support the real profit maker which is the ink.

Best for everyday printing of short documents. The ink requires a few moments of drying and should be left in a flat/prone position for 30 seconds prior to handling. Provides good coverage on gloss stock for photo printing, best when a new cartridge is loaded.
