This cartridge costs a aweful amount of money. It works well but find I wear toner each time I replace the cartridge. We are a pharmacy and go thru these cartridges like water. I do like the idea that you can recycle them just by sending them back using the enclosed shipping label. I love the idea of helping the environment. I know they are recyclable at Staples but it is much less effort to send them back using the prepaid label. Use high yeild cartridge and notice much better life than standard cartride.

The cartridge leaked toner inside our printer and onto the floor. I have used 100s of these without issue but who ever remanufactured this damaged the unit. I will be contacting you for a replacement.
