Staples was the only place I could find the twin pack of 41/42, tad bit expensive but the sales person offered me a 20% discount so, I was satisfied with my purchase

This product is great. The copies come out very well. I love how pictures come out when copying. It even makes good copies with very old photos that I have. The only problem with them is they are kind of expensive. What I do like is that they can be recycled and I get credit for new cartridges for free. I will continue to purchased them through the mail. Also I will keep sending the empty one back for recycling. I believe in recycling anything that can be. I love my lexmark printer. It makes good copies and great pictures.

Disappointed over the dry time - black ink smears and absorbs into the clear sleeves that I used even after 10 minutes from printing the document.

Lexmark is one of the best products I have every used in Business and Personal use. The only problem I have is the very expensive price tag on the ink cartridges when I have to make the purchase of a double pack in order to get the black and white with a color cartridge as well at staples cost me a little over $70.00. I wish Lexmark could work out a better deal with staples where the ink cartridge wouldn't be so pricey because this is something that I have to buy quite often but other than that I love Lexmark.
