Be sure to follow ALL of the set-up instructions for the best experience with this product. There are many different adjustments that can be made both on hearing levels and microphone adjustments. Do that, and you'll be glad you bought this great 'hands free' device.

The new design of the earpiece is much more comfortable than earlier models.

Product works well, a little hard to set up with multiple lines but has limitations in a multi-line multi-phone environment because it has no "on-hold" capacity so the operator has to be beside the phone to put it on hold which reduces the effectiveness and functionality of a "wireless" device. Works best if your office has a multi-line system with only one individual answering phones from one phone location. Not the best in a mutli-line multi-phone medical office environment like our where a number of office staff answer the phones.
