This product is used by a small business, we print daily. It is easy to replace, but the problem is the life expectency is poor. They don't tell you that the 2000 possible pages is if you only print on 5% of the page, so if you are planning on printing several hundred pages, think twice about how many cartridges you will need. I printed about 500, 1/2 pages and I already need a new toner and for the price, not really worth it.
