        What can I say , I went to Staples for an ink cartidge and they had the product I wanted . I coudn't believe it and best of all I was able to buy an individual cartridge and for a reasonable price.

        When you buy the hardware, one has little choice but to use the software... It's probably as good as any other product on the market, but there is no choice. would be nice if the copiers had interchangeable cartigdes to enhance competition. Don't approve of cornering the market , but such exists. It would also be nice if the shelf life of the product were extended and there were greater options to buy single quantities of just black and white vs. black and white plus colour cartridges.

          Works fine. I just wish I didn't have to go through the bother of printing a lineup sheet each time I install a new cartridge. Usually I'm in the middle of a job when the ink runs out and it's a pain to have to get back to the same place in the job after having had to print the lineup sheet, which doesn't seem to me to do anything, anyway.

            Installed this product and the ink quality was horrible. Copies came out too light to be read, Had to use the bold setting to make copies legible, I got 30 to 35 small invites done and cartridge already needs to be replaced. I will never purchase this cartridge again, I would buy another printer that uses a different cartridge before using this product again.
