    This product was very easy to install and I had not problem using it. The only thing is the price. I feel it could be a little lower so that more people could afford to purchase multiple cartidridges. My experience with using the product was very successful. I had many reports that had to get out and the clarity was excellent. My photographs were sharp and keen. I love the way the ink does not smear and the fact that I got everything done was a plus for me. I highly recommend this product to everyone.

      I like my old 5400 Series Lexmark but am just an infrequent user. So, I've had both the black and color cartridges not function after a period of a month or two without use even though the printer is always powered up. All in all though, I am pleased with its performance.

            I have always used Lexmark printers and have never been disappointed with the ink quality. The ink colors are true to the computer screen. I have many photographs that were printed over 10 years ago, with a previous Lexmark printer, and the colors are still true.

            I've tried cheaper cartridges in my first Lexmark. It was a mess that required professional cleaning to return the printer to working order. Avoid the cheap inks and the places that sell them. You may end up paying for a new printer!
