    Every time it comes to cartridge replacement I contemplate buying another printer. Due to lack of time to research printers I end up replacing cartridges. To pay almost $40 for a cartridge is crazy! At least allow me to refill it a couple of times. Lexmark took that option away!

        Lots of ink is wasted because of the poor print quality and the need to keep cleaning the cartridges in order to get one copy that prints fairly decent. Waste more ink to "align" the computer after each cleaning. I wonder why you cannot purchase ORIGINAL cartridges that have not been recycled? The recycled ones leak!

        The cost is an issue as is all brands of ink, but the page counting chip on the cartridge is a real pain. Why do I need to know when I'm running low on ink weeks ahead of when it runs out? I keep spares for that reason.. I will not buy another Lexmark printer because of this counting chip.
