    I love the quality of the ink and the cartridge recycle. I use a lot of ink and it is a good deal.I am a real estate agent and I am fortunate to work from my home so I'm using a lot of paper and tons of ink. I can't skimp on the paper and ink that I use because I make so many duplicates of contracts. It all adds up. I don't like to have to go in my office to print things out because time is money. To be able to comfortably print everything on my time and money is good because of the recycle program that STAPLES has!

    Wrong decision to purchase a Lexmark printer. It's been over a year and I still experience printer problems and to top it off, the ink cartridges aren't economically feasible....TOO EXPENSIVE!!!! If your printer is connected to your computer at start-up, ink is being drained from the cartridges. I replaced a black ink cartridge and in 1 weeks time it was time to replace and my print jobs were minimum...NEVER AGAIN!!! will I purchase a Lexmark

      Lexmark cartridges are very good easy to install never gives problems or smears. The only thing is Staples never has it in stock, every time I go in the store they are out , they like to push the HP ink.

              I Have a Lexmark Pro 101 and originally liked it very much. But after a year of use it is having constant problems. And THEN I just bought a new ink cartridge, came back to the office, and it was DRY! What a waste! Tired of the waste of time and money. Looking for a new, solid, all-in-one printer for small business, personal use.
