    The black 100xl cartrige is easy to replace and prints excellent tones and clarity. However at approximately $30 I don't see the 510 pages you state. Also the cartrige recycle program used to be good with an immediate $2 rebate at the counter when purchasing new cartriges. The coupon system is not to the comsumers benefit.

            This was the only cartridge I have ever had a problem with, so it was challenging to find out why the printer was suddenly not printing after old cartridge was replaced by new one. When I returned the new one to Staples they replaced it immediately and I will continue to depend upon them for all my cartridges.
