I purchased this headset to use with my computer. I needed a high quality mic for voice to text and recording. It does a nice job for both.

It has blue tooth, so I paired it with my Iphone 5, and was pleasantly surprised to find, it has one of the best noise canceling mic's I have ever used on a cell phone. The headset is not quite tight enough for me, but it does not interfere with my digital hearing aids. It is too big to use while in public, but in my office, it is either on me in use or close by. I would buy this product again.

Very disappointed in this product. The felt ear pads are like the ones you get on airplanes. Yuck. They are very uncomfortable, especially on long phone calls. I also did not like the microphone placement. And the mute button on the headset doesn't operate efficiently. After three days of use I've returned this set. Logitech used to have leather ear pads on wireless sets. Now it seems like their leather ear pads are only on their non-wireless headsets. Sad to see Logitech take this direction. I used to be loyal to them, but now I'll have to go elsewhere to get the headset I want.

I really like this headset. it's comfortable and the sound quality is really good.
I bought them to use with Dragon voice recognition software and they work great.
You can use them via USB or Bluetooth which is really cool. I set the USB with my computer and my daughter uses them with her iPod which is Bluetooth.
I think the price listed is high but I found them for cheaper and Staples price match them, which was great. I previously purchased a wireless headset by Plantronics which worked well at first however they broke after only 4 months! So I am
crossing my fingers that these will last me.
I do like these better then the Plantronics because they are more comfortable .
Reason for 4 stars not 5 is I haven't had them very long so unsure of how they will stand up.

The device works great via USB And Bluetooth. It is lightweight so it is good to wear for long periods of time, but that lends the construction to all plastic. The ears fold away and intake it in my backpack every day. Will see how long the battery lasts and how durable over time, but so far, I like it and a number of coworkers will be purchasing the same so we will see if multiples of these units conflict with each other in the same proximity

A great device for helping a person who doesn't hear well. I wear hearing aides but the headset was confortable fit over my hearing aides and allow me to hear much better telphone calls especially talking to people who have a heavy accent.

Even though it seems like the simple things should be operable right out of the box, not everything is... this Logitech Headset IS easy to use. Plug it in and go! Even if you aren't tech savvy!

I am a customer service rep for a national cell phone company and I use the headset for work very comfortable and excellent sound quality and voice. They do tend to slip off if my head is down for a longer period of time like I'm reading or taking notes but I do have a small head. Even with that the are extremely comforable.

What I like about this headset is that it allows you to switch between Bluetooth and wireless USB. It also allows you to pair with multiple Bluetooth devices. It also has basic controls on the right ear. The only down side it the sound produced is a little muffled. The ear pads are just foam. Something that COVERS the ear would have been nice. The instructions left out some details but any geek should be able to figure it out. The support web site helped a LITTLE to fill in the knowledge gaps. Overall OK. Has the features I was looking for (WUSB+BT)
