I bought to use as a webcam. The first thing bad was the software supplied by Logitech would not install because it was no longer being used. No replacement software was offered. I am trying other software in hopes of using as webcam. If not, it is worthless. Trying to reach technical help is difficult. I never did get any help. Fortunately I find ways to do it myself. If this solution doesn't work, I will just set it on a shelf and decide I have learned another lesson in life and not buy another Logitech product.

I bought this webcam to visit with my Granddaughter. The software supplied with it is no longer used and is useless. I am hoping to find some other software that will work. If not, I have just bought a small boat anchor. I have not contacted Logitech for help yet but will soon. I hope they will find a solution and I can use the webcam.

I mounted this webcam under the sewing arm of a longarm quilting machine to view the bottom of the quilt for quality control of stitching. Works great. The ability to focus as close as 3 inches made this an ideal cam for this application. I would highly recommend this webcam for anyone with a similar desire to have an accurate detailed view an inaccessable area. The autofocus and auto image brightness results in a clear detailed image on screen. I am very safisfied with this purchase.

I like the image this camera provides in just its normal setings. I use it mostly for personal use but every now and again I use it for business. My son likes the fact that it integrated seemlessly with the social media pieces.

I did not install the software, let Windows7 find it. It installed right away and started working. It is working great for me. However, I have not used all its advanced features.

I already owned a Logitech C310, but bought this because it was on a great sale at Staples. I use it primarily on skype and the overall performance is great. With the camera on my laptop I have to make sure a lot of lights are on, but with this webcam the picture looks clear even in low light. I had previously tried a Microsoft WebCam and I have found the Logitech cams to perform much better.

The the auto-focus makes a big difference when comparing the picture to my Logitech C310 as the picture quality stays clear even when I move around.
