Martha Stewart makes a nice product. These folders are made from a tougher card stock, so they are not as pliable or flexible as standard manilla folders, which I count as a positive. They make perfect "errand" folders to run around town picking up and dropping off paperwork. I've gotten a few compliments on them. They are also slightly (1/8 of an inch) shorter and smaller (length & width) than your standard manilla folders, and about 1/4 of an inch smaller than other "fashion" folders I've purchased at the name brand office supply stores. Again, I count this as a positive. I used hanging file folders, and these folders slip in and out of them perfectly without catching or snagging like my slightly larger other fashion folders. So, they are great for filing, great for presentions, great for running errands, and great for sitting on your desk and looking fabulous.
I think that if you're going to be in an office 8-10 hours a days, why surround yourself with blah? Splurge a little and add color and pattern to your desk job.

I only purchased this product because I had a coupon, but I do LOVE the designs on these folders.

LOVE these folders. It makes me smile when I pull them out to work on contents. BUT the tabs bend back fairly easily and the white core shows through. I have reinforced with heavy, clear packing tape. I used my MS pigment ink markers to 'color' them and then rubbed the color with a microfiber cloth to get a soft, color washed look. People have given me strong positives when they see what I have done to make them even more unique.

These are great - if you have folders you use/reuse a lot - they will hold up.
PLUS I take my files to clients or give them presentations inside a file folder and these look great.
