I have many crochet patterns that were getting all wrinkled in my carrying bag and needed a three ring binder to keep them protected. I have them in the notebook in alphabetical order so each pattern is easy to find. As I crochet I keep the binder open in front of me and it lies flat so that I may read the instructions easily. I was afraid I would have to buy one of those old heavy, clumsy, ugly binders in so awful color. When I saw this beautiful color at the end of the aisle I couldn't believe my eyes. It is so pretty yet totally functional and not red or black. Dumb colors. Thank you Martha Stewart.

Got a red one for the pile of recipes wedged into my cupboard between the food processor and side of the cupboard. I plan to put that on my cookbook shelf or even on the cupboard. It is easy to wipe splatters off the cover.
Got a blue one as a personal planner/organizer/journal.
Both are well balanced and sit upright on a level surface without having to be
supported. Very stylish. I searched a great deal online to find something similar, but could only find higher priced binders, of similar quality. I am keeping a section where I can note when our AC unit was replaced, the septic pumped, water heater replaced, since those things are hard to remember.
The interior is a matching fabric, stitched in place, which will make these very long-lasting. The pockets are also fabric with a stiff backing, stitched in place. These will not be coming apart anytime soon. Love the one-handed opening binder.

I purchased this binder to organize my wedding plans, thus far it has provided everything I have needed; especially when paired with the other Martha Stewart collection products including note tab inserts and clear pockets.

I love the colors in this collection, so I decided to take a risk on quality. First of all, I ended up spending about $40 for the binder and its contents. That would have been okay, but the binder was extremely flimsy. It felt as if it could fall apart at any minute. It has smudges on it after only a few weeks of light use. I have tried to clean the smudges with soap and water as well as clorox wipes. I swear I always wash my hands! The paper dividers somehow got ink transfer all over them and cannot be cleaned. Overall, not a good purchase.
