            The machine was easy to set up and is easy to use. I have had other folders and would rate this one equal to a more expensive Martin-Yale folder that we had in the past. The folder has an adequate folding speed and have not had any problems with paper jambs.

            Used in a Church. We have had it for about 4 years. It has never worked as well as it should for the price. Martin Yale was called to find parts, they DO NOT supply them & they DO NOT service the machine. They sent us on a wild goose chase to find the parts including a web site that did not carry them & a "dealer" that is NOT a dealer. Martin Yale does note do customer service! We finally found a place that carries their parts and are getting them shipped to us and they are SUPER EXPENSIVE! We wish we NEVER purchased this item! We encourage [...] to find another item that comes from a company who will stand behind their product, provide service and reasonably priced parts after the purchase!

                Couldn't handle different types of paper. Motor ran extremely fast - too fast - paper was flying all over the place. Assembly instructions very poor. We returned this. I believe this is the only item we've ever returned.
