Compact, adaptable to any space, good value
Because I use it so much, the cutting blade dulls very quickly. It would help to provide sharpening instructions.

This is a great deal.... I have to line up all my in coming mail and tap it on my desk to make sure all the contents settle to the bottom of envelope so I don't cut through it. When I use a hand opener if I try to open envelope without making contents settle to bottom, I have to stop and take more time to do that. VERY GREAT DEAL

At first I wanted a small and unexpensive letter opener to help reduce time required to open the multitude of incoming letters and donations we receive everyday. After a two week trial, the Martin-Yale Premier Letter Opener surpassed the test marks we had set!! What a lil workhorse!!
