Shreds papers most of the time

Shreds the paper most of the time, very unreliable.

Can't put more then two sheets at a time without a jam up. If the paper inserted isn't centered just right the letter gets all mangled on the sides and letter needs to be reprinted. This is not a very efficient machine when doing a mass mailing or even just one letter!

Works great and gets the job done for small monthly billings. We mail out under 100 invoices a month so it works for that size job. If you don't align the paper just right it can crinkle the paper during the fold. I'd say it works perfect 99% of the time and saved me .5 hours of folding a month.

Pros: The paper does not get stuckCons: The paper slot is to big which causes the paper to go in sideways and come out crinkled at the edges!
