I purchased two of these because the description said for commercial use. They arrived today and the first thing I noticed is that the drawers do not open smoothly. you have to really pull and they sound like the metal is grinding. I tried wd-40 and it did not help. They drawers also lack the safety when open and tip easily. This is a garbage product and I am looking on line right now to replace them, even though i've only had them 1 hour. I cannot use these in my business. the tipping alone makes them dangerous. Would send them back but I live on an island and the shipping is prohibitive.

The one thing that I did not like about this product is that it is hard to pull the drawers in and out, they don't slide very smoothly. Also, the lock does not work well. The drawer gets stuck and I have to mess with the lock in order to get the drawer open.

This cabinet was purchased because the description included Commercial Grade - it is not, it is flimsy and the drawers do not open properly - basically useless.

Worse file cabinet I have ever come across. Drawers are very hard to open, it sounds like someone's loud moan.[...] So I have to put up with the awful noise.
