I use it for a daily "to do" list, phone log and notes about what happened on a specific day. I love how the page is divided with an open space on one side and lines on the other. A friend gave me my first one and I carried it around daily for months and the pages didn't fall out and it held up really well (even when I stuck other papers in it.)
