I have a large collection of movies on DVD, over 1000. Since we upgraded to wide screen Hi Def. TV and Blue Ray player, I have been recording many that I had recorded earlier in 8 hr format in a 2 to 4 hour format. I movie per disk. My recorder upconverts the quality and the Blu-Ray player does the same. I get perfect quality on my large screen TV. I have all of these great movies that are in a lesser quailty, so needed a way to keep them without using all of my good DVD storage devices. These are better than the clear plastic ones I got first, as I had to put paper inside those to get the disk to slip in and out easly.These do that without having to "fix" them first. Then these can be stored in a cardboard box book size to fit on a book shelf.

I've been buying this product for about a year. Prior to this I used the slimline jewel cases, and before that, the regular old style (thick) jewel cases. These paper sleeves are a real space saver and make it easy to transport your CDs or DVDs in quantity and mail them out if need be. I would like to let the powers that be know that it was noticeable to me as a frequent purchaser of this item that inside the most recent box of paper sleeves I purchased the paper sleeves were made with thinner paper and the plastic window was also a lighter weight, almost but not falling apart when the DVD was inserted. They were all like this, so it appears to be a cost cutting measure by Memorex. If you've used this product in the past you will notice the difference. I'd much rather keep buying the BETTER product and pay a little more for it. But for what this is, these sleeves still protect my DVDs and CDs and I continue to buy them without regret or buyers' remorse and I will recommend them until the paper becomes to thin to hold a CD.

Use these for the church Cds of our pastors sermons on Sundays. These covers are made well.. cheeper ones come un-glued and un-useable...

These are GRATE.. sturdy.. can write on them nicely.
