We had another for nearly 2 years and all of a sudden the microphone stopped working. Still haven't an answer for it. Another thing was when I comparing prices your website showed model # Q2F-00013. When I went to the store they only had Q2F-00001. I really didn't get an answer as to the differences between the two.

This is a great web camera with sharp images and was easy to install. I found it to be a great value and an easy upgrade from my previous web camera. Works smoothly with Windows 7. Works great with Skype and MS Messenger.

Bought the camera for doing web meetings and video training development. Works good for the purpose, but need a good laptop / desktop to run. Have 4G memory and 64b Win7. Works fine, but causes performance warnings - peers running the same camera on lesser laptops had issues.
Disappointed that MS doesn't have drivers for W2K12 server.

So far, we are impressed with this cam. It works well in different lighting situations, and has fit our needs thus far. We have not tried the built in microphone as yet, but the camera works well.

My son is in the Marines and we can now Skype each other. I wanted a good camera that has an excellent picture and sound quality. This also will be a great camera to use on a HD TV. My son has already told me that our picture and sound is the best quality out of all of his friends that Skype with him. This camera was easy to set up and get started. It started to load the program as soon as I plugged in the USB cord. I would highly recommend this camera to all my friends and anyone that wants a good quality product. I am very pleased with it.
