I did have to call technical support to complete the installation of 2 of these in my home. The lady that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend this wireless range extender as once it is setup and connected you can at anytime unplug it and move it to another location in your home, plug it in and it connects automatically.

Did exactly what I needed. In office with a lot of stone walls. Extended wifi coverage perfectly to areas that otherwise could not be reached.

I use for both home and business use as my Verizon FIOS router has single WiFi antenna and is located in the basement of my house. Devices in the 2nd and 3rd floors had weak and slow connections. After installing the WiFi extender on the 2nd floor, I now have seemless fast connections throughout the house. Installation was extremely easy and I was up and running within 5 minutes.

Once we got the device properly connected to our nework, it worked great. It has an easy set up if your existing router has a smart button to link up with the extender, ours didn't. The directions on setting up were a little lacking. Anyone, somewhat computer savvy, can link it up relatively quickly in the "network" section of your laptop's programs menu. Its been too cold to try its range outside yet, but interior wise, it extends our WiFi range throughout our whole house. No more crabbing about no coverage!
