This was very poor quality, flimsy and cracked frame (actual frame not the glass) when I received the product.

Ordered 36 frames. Had to return and reorder 3 times to get 35 frames that were not broken in transit. Frame quality is fine. Packaging for shipping from Quill was horrible every time. Spent a couple of hours calling for replacements, packing broken frames for returns. And our bookkeeper will probably have to spend an additional hour or so sorting through the multiple orders, returns, credits and matching them up. When I requested that they be packaged better for shipping the customer service rep told me she could not tell the warehouse staff how to do their job!

I bought 3 of these frames because they were cheap. I expected cheap construction but it was good enough to frame a piece of paper. All three frames arrived broken. Clearly not packed sufficiently for being thrown about by the shipping company. If these were available in the store I would purchase one, but they are too flimsy to ship. The quality (poor) is what I expected but that was sufficient for my intended use

I purchased two of these frames for a simple one page document in each and both frames pulled apart, at the plastic, when I was getting the back off to insert the document, the glass was chipped in the corner in one of the frames. Really poor contruction, I will be returning them and would not recomend purchasing them.

I was not happy with these frames. Its made to thin with cheap plastic that broke when I tried to take the backing off to insurt my certificate.

This frame is plastic and flimsy with no hanging parts.

I purchased these to display copies of old pictures, documents and memorialbilia. I really like the nice look they have and the glass instead of plastic covering. I am skeptical about the plastic clips on the back that holds it all in, but they seem to be holding up well.

We bought this to frame certificates for our employees. Though I greatly admire Staples' customer service and efficiency, this is the worst product ever. They have re-sent the same frame 4 different times, all poorly packaged and broken each time. I've finally given up and concluded that the product is so cheap that even if it came unbroken it would only take a matter of minutes before it fell apart. It's something Staples should not even bother selling. I'm extremely disappointed with this frame.
