          The frame is of very poor quality and breaks easily. It does not resist shipping process. It would need bublle wrapping in order to arrive in one piece.I even believe that inserting a certificate would break the frame.

          Service and delivery comments:

          The product was not cushioned at all. Poorly packed. It was just boxed with NO shipping protection materials.

            I ordered this frame to display a business certificate in our office, and when we opened it to insert the certificate, the entire frame fell apart into several pieces. I was very disappointed at the quality and was expecting something sturdier and perhaps a little more professional-looking.

                I ordered about 4 of these, but most of them were broken upon delivery. plastic frame is weak.
