I bought this chair a year ago for one of my employees. The lift mechanism has gone out in it. So it rises to the top when no one is in it and it sinks all the way to the bottom as soon as it gets sat in. I think this chair should have lasted more than one year..

Bought these for all the support staff in the office and everyone loves them. Only had them a couple of months so I can't speak to longevity, but we have no complaints so far.

If you are an averaged size person, this chair is wonderful! However if you are vertically challenged like myself, this chair is not for you. I am 5ft tall and wear a good 4-6 inch heel and my feet do not touch the ground with this chair. If you are short, you can not sit back all the way in the chair. :-( I have had 2 chairs so far, the wheels and screws keep falling out.

I sit in this chair everyday for about 7 hours a day and love it. It is comfortable and durable. The only complaint I would have about this chair is that the arm rests are not adjustable and are a little low.

When I purchased this chair for my home office, I did my homework. After previous purchases of other office chairs, I found them to be moderately comfortable for the price. This chair is attractive, comfortable and best of all, reasonably priced. Being a woman, I also found it easy to assemble. Great chair at a great price!!!

This was a replacement for a high-back leather office chair. I love this chair. It's lightweight; it's cool; and it's super comfy. I'm not a tiny tot and this is a well made chair and I'm constantly rolling around in it. Great product for the price!
