very comfortable chair and easy to assemble. We ordered 6, each taking maybe 15 minutes (at most) to assemble. Have been in use for 2-3 weeks now with no complaints.

Easy to put together; the arm rests are comfortable for keyboarding. A little more padding on the seat would be nice, as well as more height adjustment. I did have issues with the back; the plastic support of the web broke very easily. However, Quill sent a replacement part at no charge, and if you are careful on how you lean back, there shouldn't be a problem.

Good basic chair, but not for long periods of sitting. If you're at your desk all day, this isn't for you. The mesh for ventilation is excellent if you're stuck in a warm corner like me and need a fan.
