Love that these are coated metal and not bare. The colors are fun but still professional enough for office use. Having various colors is useful for indicating the status of documents (i.e. I use the red for unpaid and green for unpaid or blue for signed and purple for unsigned, etc.) These also come in a larger size wish is wonderful.

I love the color of these clips and read the reviews from the vinyl-covered clips that said they slip easily so that's why I chose these. I don't know if it was just the pack that we got, but I can't even describe the smell of the clips. It gets on your hands and documents - we immediately spread them out on the desk and hit them with Lysol - I mean it was REALLY BAD!! I'm not high maintenance, I just thought these would be a nice cheery change for the office. I'm hoping that the smell will go away but if it doesn't, we won't be purchasing these again. Maybe it is the paint or processing they use to make them pretty, but if looks matter to you, then smell probably does too....purchase nose clips too :-))
