Our wellness center has multiple therapists, each with their own intake form. We liked the idea of having a clipboard for each therapist that could hold their intake forms. It solved a couple of storage issues for us and its working out great.

We send these out with our on-site satellite and internet installers. They are great in hot and cold, wet weather. Gives them a place to keep important paperwork and a pen for customer signatures! Great organizational tool!
