The shipping time was longer than anticipated, the toner cartridge is very difficult to replace and looses alot of the product while loading. The toner cartridge is very messy and the life of 4000 pages is really not that long for the cost.

when the cartrige says "toner Low" it pretty much is already dead. Most toners have a little life left in them at that point.

When last cartridge was installed the printer indicated that the product was used. Are we receiving new cartridges or refurbished? We really want new cartridges.
