I have recently started a new job. One of my reaponsibilities is to file all of the training sign-in sheets, certificates, licenses, etc. for the employees of our office (40 or so).

I started out trying to keep up with this task by manually putting all of the papers in alphabetical order while trying to hold all of the papers in my lap...I soon discovered that this was not the most effective means of organizing.

I then remembered about a tool that I used MANY years ago in another office situation. I looked online at staples.com and was able to find the exact item!

I ordered the item, used my Staples credit, and had the item delivered to me at my office in two days just as promised.

I'm a classroom assistant at one of the local schools and I help with filing papers. The sorter is an excellent tool to use when filing any paperwork.

When going to the store, no one knew what I was talking about. I told them I say it online and I was told it must have been a different store becaue Staples did not carry that product. So I went back online and ordered it to be delivered to my home.

I love, love this thing. It cuts your work in half and makes things so much easier. I only with the price was less, but you use it for so long that it is worth every dime!

For anyone trying to get paperwork organized, this sorter is awesome. We use it for our volleyball club during tryouts to put all of the players info in alphabetical order, works great!!

Great for sorting papers alphabetically, numerically, or by date, without taking up much room. An old favorite. I didn't know they still make them like they used to, but they sure do.
