I love the variety of ring tones available and found one that was perfect for my office. The outside appearance is appropriate for an office setting and the buttons are just the right size. The display is large and easy to read. Only had them for a short time but so far so excellent.

With so many phones out there, it can be confusing. The 3 handset unit is just perfect for the average home. It has good looks and blends perfectly with any decor. I found it easy to set up and use. The buttons are a nice size and the screen is easy to read. The features that the average person needs are there for them. One feature that I was surprised to get and love is the grouping of phone numbers. Makes it easier to find the one that you need instead of hunting through one long list. I would buy this phone again. By the way, I have used this brand before and found the old one to be long lasting.

Bought the 3 handset model. Easy to set up. Nicely designed. Good feature set. Then, after 10 days of use, one of the handsets decided it didn't want it's screen to work. Called Pana and after a difficult time getting to speak to someone, I was informed that all they could do was have me send the handset back and they would send back a refurbished handset within 2 weeks. Who says customer service is dead? Panasonic, that's who!

As with all electronics these days, I stared at the pictures in the quick start chart for the longest time but eventually got it. Set up was a breeze - good thing we did not need it stat because the initial charge takes 9 hours. Since only sales people call on this line, we never answer unless we recognize the voice/number. Oh, yes. The phone shouts out the name of the caller and their phone number (Caller ID) which is radical kewl. But I seem to remember that this identical voice was used in a splatter movie where the phone was possessed and ate its owner.

I have had many other well known quality names of telephones but these are the best I have ever owned. I also have another set in my business which is a "Karate School" & I am very pleased with their performance. I depend heavily on my telephones in my business & that is why it is important for me to have a dependable & reputable carrier. "Panasonic" has proven to be that carrier.

I use the phone when I am out working in my garden so I don't miss calls when I expect to receive a call. I like hearing the name of the caller so I can choose to answer the calls I want to. It was real simple to set the phones up and working. I have had many phones over my life time and the Panasonic is my pick as the number one for ease of use and dependability. I am a senior and like to keep things simple and cost effective.
The design and color of the phone sets fit very nicely in to my decorating fitting in with colors and design. The hearing sound is clear.
