none of the 3 phone worked
By dr

None of the phones that we ordered worked. One worked when we first plugged it in and then stopped. Tried the other 2 and they didn't work as well. One phone worked for 24hrs and then stopped when it was bumped. You could use it as a phone but it was the displays that stopped working on all the phones. We returned all of the phones.

OK phone, hard to read LCD screen.
By Jim

The overall quality of the phone is OK and comparable to ATT. The LCD screen is almost impossible to read in any type of light. There's no adjustment on brightness, so you're out of luck.

not that great
By jc

I bought this for our small office after reading the reviews. Unfortunately, I had a different experience with this phone. When I'm on line 1 and line 2 rings, there's a beep that interrupts my conversation with the person on line 1. Very annoying...it keeps beeping until line 2 is picked up. Also, in another incident, one person picked up line 2 and could hear the conversation on line 1 in the background. I was also disappointed that there was no 1 button speed dial. I was hoping this phone would work but it is being returned.
Nice set up

We moved our office and decided to simplify our phone system. We discarded our Modular system and looked for phones that would intercom with each other, conference call, redial etc. and have at least 2 lines. This one fit the bill. We're in the new space now and they work perfectly. The only negative I can think of is that, in order for them to intercom with each other, they MUST be hardwired to each other. Depending on how far each unit is from the other, that may be a nuisance. Ours are connected and work fine.

Panasonic 2 line corded phone
By Casi

I use the phone for office use. Sound quality is great. I can dial quickly with no connection problem,(the other phones in my office I have to dial slow or they won't connect). The Phone seems very solid/durable. The worst problem that I have with it is that I can't use the speaker phone or the hand set if the headset is connected. This is the biggest downfall for me.
Can't see the display!!

if you want to see who is calling - forget it. It is impossible to read the display! What good is caller ID feature if you can't see who is calling? Not a bad phone otherwise. If I had to do it all over again I don't think I would go with this one.

High quality instrument.
By Marc
from Atlanta
I am a consultant to telephone companies and most sets on the market are not high quality devices. This one is. However, it's LCD display is very hard to read, there are no lights indicating voice mail or missed call. Features are maybe two generations old, but that's OK for my use. Comfort on a long call and superb voice quality are the critical factors to my use.
I made a great choice.

Great phone. Easy to program. All the features you need for a small office.
