When using line 1 and line 2 side by side, there was cross-line feedback on both lines. When I moved the second line to line 3 it works perfectly. I wouldn't recommend this phone if you need it for more than two lines. Otherwise, it's a very nice phone at a very reasonable price for a small office.

This was my second Panasonic KX-TS4200 phone because the 1st one I purchased was totally defective. I figured that maybe I got one that was returned or refurbished, because in my experience, Panasonic is a good product. Lo and behold, my replacement Panasonic phone, same model, starting having problems about 2 wks later. The speaker phone is starting to die out and now the phone sometimes stops working when I try to pick up the second line.

I was hesitant to purchase this unit after reading multiple complaints regarding the speakerphone and clarity issues. I had a coupon and decided to take a chance...WRONG MOVE...These phones are terrible. The speaker is virtually useless, people cannot hear you. You cannot even dial w/ the speaker on because the phone cracks up. The handset is light and feels very cheap...There is a slight delay when dialing numbers but that was pretty easy to get used to. I have two locations I purchased the Panasonics for one office and the ATT 4 lines for the other location...you cannot believe how superior the Att units are.

Overall the phone works fine. The only problem I'm having is on the display. It keeps indicating "Low Batt" and i can't get it off. The other features work fine and its easy to use. Not bad for the price. I work in a very small office, its just myself and the CEO. The phone is perfect for our use. I wouldn't recommend it for a larger office that requires heavier phone usage.

This phone is ok for small business use. The speaker does not work on the speakerphone function and that is a major drawback. People cannot hear anything you say on speakerphone. All other functions work fine.
