I wouldn't buy that fax machine again, but given that I have it, this cartridge is essential. The manufacturer doesn't stock it, just Staples.That is a great way to stand behind your products, and it wasn't that long ago that I bought the machine. My only complaint is that when I called, the rep told me there was only one roll in the box. Therefore, I bought 2 boxes. They each had two rolls in them. Sigh...

I think this item is too expensive for the amount of use for each replacement roll. Could be darker print also and there seems to be a lot of waste of the film

It's great but you have to buy more than one because it will run quickly. If you have a business change the Panasonic fax and get something with more toner. If you just use it occasionally it's okay.
