Excellent mechanical pencil. The smooth 0.7 HB lead is excellent for writing. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and have difficulty writing with pencils because they don't flow across the paper. This pencil works for me!

Much better unit than the bulk buy of cheaper quality mechanical pencils. I decided to get this unit, when found on sale, over the multipack. I am please I did. The bulk units are too light and have a smaller diameter and feel really cheap. I like the feel of this pencil and the weight is good, yet it could be a little heavier near the tip, personal preference. I have had no issues with its use and works very well. The pencil is used mostly for note taking and occasional scetching. I would consider buying another one.

After 2 days of use pencil LEAD holder (at writing end fell out) see pics. Later the other did the same.So both are useless because lead does not stay stationary. I do write a lot (nursing school) feel this pencil is more an everyday grocery list light writing pencil. Very disappointing. But not worth returning due to price.
