After a week of putting these out in the office and no one touching them I tried them for myself and rather liked them. The texture is chewy and they are sweet and flavorful. However, looking at them I can see why no one wanted them... they are sort of brown and scraggly looking... very unappetizing. Looks like I'll be eating the entire box myself. :-(
