I use these for contract files that we keep on real estate property. With some other hanging folders once we add thick contracts, they start to bend/buckle/come apart, etc. or we have to put a small amount and have many folders for one location. With these folders, unless we have a ton of information, one usually does the job and does it well!

Main gripe: The 'reinforcing pressboard bottom inserts' . The sleeve is not pre-scored for folding that accommodates the 'bottom insert' -- so that one needs to do. IT TAKES MORE TIME THAN YOU IDEALLY WANT TO SPEND TO DO THIS in a neat manner.

This product is great! does it's job perfect in keeping docs neat and organized, especially bulk files. But this folder must be filled to it's capacity so the docs should stay in shape; therefore i always keep handy all sizes so it should suite my needs.
