I purchased these folders to use for construction job files. They allow us to break down groups of papers relating to the same job, i.e. contract, invoices, material/equipment, etc., and the tabs that allow us to label each section all makes it easier to locate documents we're searching for. One thing that would really make these file folders even better would be if they held a larger volume of papers and if the individual pockets also held more papers. Then they would be perfect, even for larger jobs.

Was looking for a product to hand out during new hire orientation class. Wanted to be able to bring attention to different documents by having the documents in different pockets - This product accomplished this but the folder itself is very thin and has flimsy construction

just got it in. havent used it yet. Doesnt look like it could hold up if you use too many pages with it. About 5 or so pgs per divider.

    This item is great for keeping items organized within one folder ... I love the different size sections; really keeps the smaller items from getting lost among the full sheets of papers!
