I was not able to shorten the sidebars by myself. The shop teacher cut them to the correct length for me. Otherwise, the frames are easily assembled and are sturdy once assembled.

Bought this for an existing filing cabinet which does not have rails. This is supposed to snap together easily - it does NOT! This is supposed to be adjustable to fit varying size drawers, it is not.

Unless you have a very strong wire cutter and a hammer to use for assembly, do not get this.

I thought that it was a little hard to connect the parts together and could see how it would be nice not to need tools but a few optional screws would be nice. Assembled in Seconds, works Great.
