            Description claims "no tools needed." I'm no weakling but I had to get my boss (hammer) to help finish the job. What if I were by myself. I should've used the other kind of hanging file frame. I do not recommend this product.

            I purchased this item to put in a file cabinet that I bought. It was different from the ones I had used before, but got it anyway. The price seemed good, but the quality went with the price. It was not very sturdy, not like the ones they use to have to hang pendaflex folders on. It's ok, but I was a little disappointed as they were quite flimsy.

              This file rack holder was just the type I searched for to fit into a pullout drawer. Others were way too long and not adjustable. I'm pleased with the fit.

                My file drawers are only 19" long, too short for most frames. This one claims to work up to 18", which I figure is close enough. However, one of the rails didn't break off properly, so I ended up with 17" on one and 18" on the other. Tried to break the second one back to 17", but the provided tool broke. Used pliers to finally even them. Then I needed a hammer to finish the assembly. If any other brand is available, I recommend it in place of this one.
