            I had problems with these pens. Like the other reviewer said, they skip and the ink doesn't properly flow to the point of the pen. I thought I got a bad batch and Quill sent another box, but they were the same. Pentel really needs to check this out.

            The shipment of blue pens we received was very poor; the ink does not flow properly and the point is very uneven and does not "glide" easily when writing/skips. We would like a refund or replacement with, hopefully, a better batch of pens. We have had other orders of this same pen, both black and blue, that have been satisfactory, but this shipment was terrible.
