I very much like the pencil and was pleasantly surprised that it shipped as fast as it did. Thank you Staples.

About Me Quality Oriented
This pencil is very easy to write with because it is so much larger than ordinary mechanical pencils. I lovee the grip of this pencil and it writes more smoothly than any of the cheaper mechanical pencils that I have bought in the past.

Misleading
By Ken

This seemed like a bootleg version of what i usually get. If you think this pencil and shake. It CaN't. Usually the one i buy at [...] can shake to advance and is a dollar cheaper.

Greatest Pencil Ever
By The Pilot of Pilot

Very useful pencil, great lead capacity and writes smoothly with any lead. (I haven't tried B-type lead yet) I have had this pencil for a year. I have lost the silver cap for the eraser but the eraser doesn't fall out or have any different effect. The grip is very comfortable. You could shake the pencil to extend lead.

Still Satisfied

About Me Quality Oriented, Value Oriented
1n March of 1998, I purchased a matching set of Dr. Grip writing instruments, a ballpoint pen and a mechanical pencil. By the end of the year, both had suffered problems with the barrels deteriorating due to a reaction with the grip. I eMailed Pilot, who told me to send the set back for evaluation. They sent me two brand new pieces, along with many refills (ballpoint, lead and eraser) and extras.I am still using the 'new' pair daily and have no problems with them.
